What are the minimum ages?
Age is calculated as of the event date.
- Half Marathon (21.1km): 17+
- 10km: 15+
- 5km: 12+
- 2km: No minimum age
Can I change my distance?
Distance changes are permitted subject to availability and cut-off dates. You can log in to your Race Roster Account to change your distance, or submit requests to Athlete Services at office@eliteenergy.com.au
Are transfers or refunds allowed?
No transfers between athletes are permitted. Requests for refunds and transfers must be made in writing to office@eliteenergy.com.au. No refunds or transfers will be issued within 7 days of the event under any circumstances.
Course & Race Day Logistics
What are the cut-off times?
- 2km and 5km: No cut-off time
- 10km: 2 hours
- 21.1km (Half Marathon): 3 hours
What hydration is provided?
Hydration includes water, a hydration drink, and cola. Revvies Hydration is also provided
Are there toilets on course?
There are no toilets on course; facilities (toilets/portaloos) are available only at the start/finish.
What equipment do I need?
There is no mandatory gear for this event.
What hydration is provided?
Water, Revvies Hypotonic Electrolyte Drink and cola.
What happens if it rains?
The event will run rain or shine. Any course or event changes will be communicated to athletes.
Are prams, dogs, or wheelchairs allowed?
- Dogs: Not permitted.
- Wheelchairs: Not permitted due to narrow pathways.
- Prams: Allowed only for the 2km distance (must start at the back of the pack). Not permitted for the Half Marathon, 10km, or 5km distances.
Where can I park?
Plenty of parking is available in surrounding streets—please allow extra time and follow signage. Limited public transport service is available at the start time; visit Transport for NSW Trip Planner for more information.
Is there a bag drop?
A bag drop service is available at the Event Hub. Bag tags are attached to race bibs, and you should not leave valuables in the bags.
What are the safety requirements?
Emergency contact details must be written on the back of the race bib (mandatory). Participants must notify a race official if withdrawing from the race.

Can my bib be posted?
There is no bib postage option for this event.
How do I collect my bib?
Bring your QR code or photo ID to collect your bib. Race day collection details are as per the schedule, and early collection details are TBC.
What happens if my bib goes missing?
If your bib goes missing, please visit the Bib Collection tent before your race. Pro tip: allow plenty of time.
Results & Post-Event
Where can I find results?
Results will be available after the event by clicking on the results tab at the top of the event page, or on the Multisport Australia website.
Who do I contact about results issues?
Direct questions or issues with results to Multisport Australia.
Is medal engraving offered?
No, there is no medal engraving service available.
How do I get my photos?
If you pre-purchased a race day photo package, a personal link will be sent to you after the race. Otherwise, photos can be accessed through FinisherPix.
